Throw yourself of a tower, all in the name of RAG
The Bungee Jump 2009, which ran on Saturday 29th saw 30 brave RAG-gers plunge into the Abyss at Magna to raise money for local Sheffield Charities. RAG also took part in the World Record attempt of the most people zip-wiring in an hour, dressed as santa!
Sheffield RAG always like to organize the most extreme and fun events, at the most reasonable prices and to raise the most money possible for charity!
Picture the scene… You're in semi darkness, spot lights whirl, you start the 143 step climb to the jump zone...music pumps out of a wall of speakers, dry ice fills the air, and 7 huge video screens project images of what you are about to experience …and then you take the plunge into the ABYSS!
