Bungee Jump - 29th November!
Sheffield RAG always like to organize the most extreme and fun events, at the most reasonable prices and to raise the most money possible for charity!
Picture the scene… You're in semi darkness, spot lights whirl, you start the 143 step climb to the jump zone...music pumps out of a wall of speakers, dry ice fills the air, and 7 huge video screens project images of what you are about to experience …and then you take the plunge into the ABYSS!
Bungee jumps are usually hundreds of pounds, not only will we give you a bungee jump for £49, we'll take you there and back and give you a t-shirt to prove to everyone you did it! For only £49, you can have the experience of a lifetime in the UK’s only permanent indoor bungee venue whilst raising money for charity!
We're also only going to ask for a minimum sponsorship of £26, seriously if you can say you don't have 5 mates willing to pay a fiver to see you throw yourself off a platform 150ft up. I don't believe you! So we're sure you'll be able to raise way more than £26!
All of the money we raise will go to local charities in Sheffield to help them help local residents who are not supported enough get the help they need.
ITS GOING TO SELL OUT VERY FAST SO GET YOUR TICKETS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FROM THE BOX OFFICE!
Spiderwalk and Firewalk...
On 24th October, 100 students walked a 26.2 night marathon through Sheffield and the Peak District raising thousands for local Sheffield charities. Thank you to everyone who took part, we hope your feet have recovered! Keep an eye out on the facebook group for photos!
